Mountain Air-CASEing the Catty #CTC284

Welcome-I’m joining in with this week’s challenge to CASE one of the die sets from pages 173-179 of the annual catalogue. I ordered the Mountain Air bundle as soon as it came out- I had to have it- but I also have to admit that I haven’t used it in all that time-shame. When I saw this challenge I made it my mission to use the dies!

I drew inspiration from a card I had seen that used a different set of mountain dies by Kim S at Joyful Creations. I wanted to create the atmosphere of a sunrise in the mountains and love this colour combination.

I’ve used the tree line and the mountain dies from the Majestic Mountains die set to create a silhouetted skyline. The sentiment is from the Sailing Home stamp set and framed with a Stitched Rectangle die. The colour combo is Balmy Blue, Purple Posy and Gorgeous Grape plus a little shimmer using the Wink of Stella brush.
