Just Add Ink -Shaker Challenge #561
Hello, thank you for visiting! This week I’m joining Just Add Ink for the challenge of “Just Add A Shaker”. It’s been a long time since I last made a shaker card, so challenge accepted!
Using a base of Pale Papaya, strips of the Artistically Inked DSP and the Back on Your Feet stamp set (All Stampin’Up), this shaker card came together.
This is a great way to use up left over strips of DSP that I’ve cut and adhered directly to the card base. I’ve stamped the giraffe onto watercolour paper and used the watercolour pencils to colour the image and adhered to the card base.
I created a frame using two stitched rectangle dies in Pale Papaya, adhered the clear sheet to create the window and then foam to the frame, remembering to add a selection of sequins before sticking down!
Thank you for visiting and check out all of the designs for this challenge over at the Just Add Ink site, Lisa 🙂
Pretty cute card….cute image and shaker – but I also love your background strips. Such a great background effect. Chantell Just Add Ink
Such a clever way to use up strips of DSP. Beautifully coloured image too. Thank you for sharing with us at Just Add Ink x
I love your background paper strips! So clever – I usually chuck those little strips out! The giraffe is very cute, and I love the frame for your shaker. Thanks for sharing with us at Just Add Ink.
