Flowering Fields Stampin Dreams Floral Blog Hop
Hello, thank you for visiting this blog hop with the theme of florals. I’ve used the Flowering Fields designer series paper and the Timeless Tulips stamp set and punch to create a tri-shutter card.
I love how this paper creates a perspective running through the card. I haven’t been to the Netherlands to visit the tulip fields but the photos are stunning! On the front panel I have used the tone on tone technique to create 1, 2 & 3 petal tulips. To create the 3D effect, score the petal through the middle, fold and adhere to the next petal. You can repeat this process five times to create a full flower. See my post here for an example.
