Technique Tuesday Vintage Blog Hop

I don’t make many vintage inspired projects so I had to think about this one! I decided to create a vintage inspired background effect. I’ve inked up a block in Grey Granite and swiped this across the card several times. I then swiped my Crumb Cake ink pad directly across the paper because it wasn’t very juicy to create further texture.

The stamp to a classic in the ‘He’s All That’ stamp set was an obvious choice and I’ve added banner die cuts from the coordinating die set behind the image.
