Bloom Impressions-Chair rail card
Welcome to the CASE A Friend blog hop with Crafty Collaborations. I’ve cased a card from Susan Campfield who I follow on You Tube. Susan recently shared a card layout that she called the ‘chair rail’ design which has a very 1990s decor style about it-do you remember this era!
