Swipe, Emboss, Impress! Quick Technique for Eye-Catching Cards
Hello crafty friends!
I’m excited to create a card for the CASEing the Catty challenge this week spotlighting embossing folders. I’ve cased the project on page 24 of the mini catalogue that features the Traditional Wreath Embossing Folder and taken the elements of partially embossing the image and adding colour.

From adding texture to creating eye-catching dimension, embossing folders are a must have in your crafting toolkit.
On this card, I’ve used the debossed side of the card (the indented side), and swiped ink across the surface to really make that pattern pop!
These card feature non-traditional Christmas colours, but if you like to keep things traditional or maybe a bit of both, check out my upcoming post and the video below for a traditional take on Christmas.
